Recycled plastic handle.
All knives are hand forged in a 200 year old forge in Kew (London). I make my own san mai using high carbon steel. I collect plastic from the river, along the street and saving it from landfill to turn into your handle; no glue is used so it is both recycled and recyclable. I have chosen this process to hopefully highlight to the food industry that we can do what’s for the best if we really want/need to, my goal is a zero waste tool.
